A story on CNN caught my attention today, and I immediately thought of sharing it with you, our readers.
It is the story of Lidia Schaefer, a manicurist in Washington D.C., who sold her house and car to help build a school in Ethiopia. Over 10 years she saved $258,000 for the school, which educates nearly 1500 students.
You can watch a summary of her story in the CNN video below. Or learn more about Lidia Schaefer and her mission on her website.
